Campus Compact - an association of more than 1,000 public, private, two- and four-year colleges and universities, founded in 1985, that promotes the lifelong habit of civic responsibility through community service, civic engagement, and service-learning.

• The national office of Campus Compact is located in Providence, Rhode Island.
  
  
• State offices of Campus Compact coordinate networks of participating colleges and universities, foster campus-community partnerships and coordinate national service and service-learning programs. More than 30 states have Campus Compact affiliates.
