- Civic Ventures - According to a national survey, half of Americans between the ages of 44 and 70 want to use their skills and experience in encore careers that help solve some of our nation's biggest problems. The Purpose Prize® - Recognition for people over 60 who are "leaders in the movement to invent new ways to solve society's toughest challenges."
